Resting manners

Napping after lunch is very important no matter at what age you are. It prevents burden on coronary artery. According to cardiologists, having a nap after lunch produces positive effects on heart. 

After lunch, children lay down for resting. The following manners are considered while resting:

  1. Go to washroom
  2. Clean/Dust off the bed
  3. Sleep on your right side
  4. Wash your hands after waking up
